Christmas Carol and Memorial Service

Service Thursday 14th December, 4pm

• Leave a personal message on our Christmas tree using one of our memory tags
• Write a Christmas card for your loved one and post it in our memorial post-box
• Light refreshments will be provided
• We will be taking donations for Dementia UK
